The Quick Answer
Open your assembly manual to the Parts Identifier page, find the drawing that matches your piece, and read the number in the top-left corner of its box. That's your part number. When you contact us, give it along with your table's model number, which is printed on the top right of the manual's cover.
Your assembly manual numbers every piece in the box. If a part goes missing or arrives damaged, that number is the quickest way to the right replacement. Here's how to find it, using the manual for our Ashford 8.5 ft pool table as the example.
In this guide: Watch how it works · Step by step · Reading a parts box · Numbers and letters · FAQ · Request a part
Step by Step
- Find your model number. It's printed on the top right of your manual's cover, under "Model," and in the footer of most pages inside. The Ashford 8.5 ft pool table's model number is BL100Y25001.
- Turn to the Parts Identifier page. It comes after the warranty, tools, and safety pages, near the front of the manual. In the Ashford manual it's page 3, and the hardware list continues on page 4.
- Find the piece that matches yours. Compare its shape with the drawings, then check the name under the drawing. The quantity helps too: if you're holding one of four identical pieces, look for a box marked x4. Pieces that come with the game rather than build it, such as pushers, pucks, or darts, are in the Accessories section that follows.
- Read the number in the top-left corner of its box. That's the part number. In the Ashford manual, the leg leveler is part 11.
- Send us both numbers. Use the request form at the end of this guide, or call or email us. Tell us your model number, the part number, and how many you need. If the part is damaged, email us a photo.
Reading a Parts Box
Each part on the Parts Identifier page has its own box, and every box holds the same four details.
| Where in the box | What it shows | Leg leveler example |
|---|---|---|
| Top-left corner | Part number. The number to give us for a replacement. | 11 |
| Top-right corner | Figure number. The assembly step that uses the part. | For Fig. 6 |
| Bottom-right corner | Quantity. How many come in the box. | x4 |
| Bottom row | Part name, in English, Spanish, and French. | Leg Leveler |
Numbers and Letters
Our assembly manuals sort part numbers into the same three groups. The ranges below are from the Ashford manual; yours will have its own.
| Numbers only 1 to 14 |
Main parts and accessories: the pieces that make up the table, such as the mainframe, legs, and panels, plus anything that comes with the game, such as air hockey pucks or darts. |
|---|---|
| Starts with A A1 to A13 |
Hardware: bolts, washers, and screws, plus any tools that come in the box. In the Ashford manual, the wrench is A12 and the M10 socket is A13. |
| Starts with P P1 to P7 |
Pre-installed parts: pieces that arrive already fitted, such as the Ashford's T-nuts and pocket caps. They're listed so you can identify them and see which step uses them. Not every product has them. |
Accessories sold on their own, such as ball sets or cue tips, come with a single page that lists what's in the box, numbered from 1.
Stuck on a step? Each figure in the manual lists the parts it uses, with their numbers and quantities, down its left side. Count those against what you have before you start that step. For the rest of the process, see How Is a Pool Table Delivered and Set Up?
Frequently Asked Questions
Where is the part number in my assembly manual?
On the Parts Identifier page, near the front of the manual. Each part has its own box, and the part number is in the box's top-left corner.
Where do I find my model number?
On the top right of your manual's cover, under "Model." For example, the Ashford 8.5 ft pool table's model number is BL100Y25001.
Why do you need my model number as well as the part number?
Part numbers belong to each manual, so part 11 on one table can be a different piece on another. With both numbers, we know exactly which piece you need.
What do part numbers that start with A or P mean?
Part numbers that start with A are hardware, such as bolts, washers, screws, and the tools that come in the box. Part numbers that start with P are pre-installed parts, which arrive already fitted. Numbers without a letter are the main parts and accessories.
